Overview

SFASL has opened the registration for the 2018 SFASL Fall League which is a friendly, RECREATIONAL, low contact league open to male and female players who are at least 16 years of age by December 31st, 2018.

Games will be played on Wednesday evenings at 6 pm and 8pm from September 5th through October 31th.  We are aiming for 6 to 8 teams playing on full size fields (11v11) with a full referee crew.

We have approached captains who will be recruiting people for their teams and you need the captain's authorization to sign up for a specific team. Please register as a free agent if you have not been contacted by a captain, and we will allocate you to a team.

Unnecessary roughness, slide tackles and unsporting behavior (against players, captains, public, referees or League Officials) will NOT be tolerated. Rules specific to the Fall League can be found on the SFASL web site. Ignorance of the rules will not be allowed as a defense. Players must be correctly registered with the league and bring a valid Photo ID to each game in order to play. Referees will check team rosters and individual player IDs. Any improperly registered players or teams that knowingly or unknowingly use underage or improperly registered players will be subject to forfeits, penalties and possible expulsion.

Guest players will not be permitted in the Fall League.
